UNITED KINGDOM & EU ORDERS

International shipping to UK and EU shoppers is available for orders placed via my Etsy shop. Note: not all merchandise may be available for purchase due to Etsy platform regulations.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship the following weekend after they are placed. However please understand that I am just one person with a busy schedule, and allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order.

If you require an order by a specific date, please contact me immediately at mary@marymetzger.com. I will do my best to accommodate you.

All orders, with the exception of sticker orders, receive complimentary tracking.

PACKAGING

All artwork is packaged in clear protective sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers or envelopes.

RETURNS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back.

LOST SHIPMENTS

In the case that you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at mary@marymetzger.com. I will be able to verify whether your order has shipped, and check the tracking status.
